We have four rooms available for rent by the week or month. Several bedrooms are available with double beds.
- Weekly Rate: $200 per week for single occupancy; $250 per week for double occupancy
- Monthly Rate: Depending on rooms size – Between $450 and $600 for single occupancy; $550 – $700 for double occupancy
Damage deposit is $150 for weekly tenants and $300 for monthly tenants.
